Client Content

Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon usage rights for delivered video content as specified in their service agreement. Looky Media retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to secure production dates
• Final payment is due upon delivery of completed work
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We accept various payment methods as specified in your invoice

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before scheduled production may receive a full refund of deposits
• Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit deposit amounts
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to full project fees

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Looky Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
